When you buy or sell through ChurchQ Marketplace, we process information needed to operate the transaction, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal and financial obligations. This may include seller identity and business information, buyer contact information, delivery addresses, order contents, transaction identifiers, shipping and tracking records, communications, refunds, disputes, tax information, IP address, device information, and security signals.
Marketplace records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, and enforcement. Cross-border orders may require information to be processed in countries with different privacy laws. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
